What do our 3PL account managers do?
Your Cygnus Frozen 3PL account manager will:
- Learn your business and your unique fulfillment needs (pack-out requirements, marketing inserts, volumes, etc.).
- Train our fulfillment teams to pick and pack your orders to your standards.
- Coordinate with you on shipping your inventory to our Minnesota distribution center.
- Ensure the right quantities of your product are distributed to our 10 fulfillment centers, so there are never out-of-stocks or too much product in a location.
- Monitor our systems to ensure 100% of your orders are shipped each day and tracking numbers are uploaded back to your system.
- Provide regular performance reports to you and your team, including on-time and order accuracy rates.
- Provide regular inventory reports to you.
