Taking the stress out of fulfillment

We’re out to remove the headaches, stress and worries from frozen ecommerce order fulfillment. All you have to do is ship us your inventory. From there, we distribute it to our 10 fulfillment centers. As your orders come in, we ship them from the fulfillment center closest to the customer. Your orders arrive in 1-2 days (mostly in 1 day), frozen solid, with the right products. We focus on fulfillment and logistics, so you can focus on growing your business.

How we work

We build a plan for YOU
We’ll first conduct a call with you to understand your unique business model, needs and goals. Then, we put together a fulfillment plan customized to your business, along with a flat rate fee per order quote, so you can fully understand your costs.
We connect to your ecommerce site
We’ll integrate with your order software (ShipStation, Shopify, Amazon, etc.) so we can receive your orders in real time, as well as upload tracking numbers back to you.
Ship your inventory to our centrally located distribution center
Simply ship your pallets to our national distribution center (located in Marshall, MN), and we’ll distribute your product to our 10 fulfillment centers using our national frozen transportation network.
We ship your orders in real time
Our system will ensure your orders ship from the fulfillment center closest to the customer, ensuring every order arrives in 1-2 days ground. Once your orders ship, tracking numbers are uploaded back to you.
We bill you a simple flat rate fee per order shipped – no surprise invoices
Say goodbye to confusing 3PL costs and a mess of invoices. Our pricing structure is simple: We bill you one simple, low flat rate per order shipped – period. No separate storage invoices. No complexity. No surprises. This allows you to manage your operating expenses and profit to a “T.”
