Those same inventory processes and technologies are used for our 3PL clients, ensuring that your inventory is always accurate, and that each of our 10 frozen fulfillment centers has the right amount of product at all times.
- We store your inventory at our national distribution center in Minnesota. Our 10 frozen fulfillment centers each receive a regular replenishment semi from the distribution center every 1-2 weeks. Based on your historical order volumes and future forecasts, our Supply Chain experts are continuously deploying the right quantities of product from our distribution center to each of the 10 fulfillment centers.
- We determine how much product should be shipped to each of our fulfillment centers by using your historical sales data and future forecasts. For instance, if you’re expecting 3,000 orders next month, we’ll use historical order distribution data to ensure the right amount of product is available in our fulfillment center in Dallas, TX vs our center in Santa Maria, CA.
- Our goal is to ensure there are no out-of-stocks, while also not deploying too much product to any of our fulfillment centers and risking “stranding” your inventory.
- We’ll provide you with regular inventory reports based on the frequency and format you require for your business. We can send a report once week showing your inventory by product at our distribution center and fulfillment centers – or, if you require a more automated, real-time inventory feed, we’ll create a solution that meets your needs.
